Our olive oil comes primarily from Puglia in southern Italy. Puglia is one of Italy’s most renowned olive-oil regions, shaped by generations of dedicated farmers. We work with carefully selected growers who combine tradition with craftsmanship to produce olive oil of high quality. With a strong focus on origin and consistency, we deliver an olive oil you can trust—harvest after harvest.
SWEDISH BALANCE
Lucente combines Swedish rapeseed oil with carefully selected olive oil from Italy. Unlike many other blended oils on the market, which are based on imported sunflower oil, we have chosen Swedish rapeseed oil. A conscious choice that ensures consistent quality, clear traceability, and a more sustainable origin. The mild rapeseed oil enhances the character of the olive oil without overpowering it. The result is a stable and versatile oil—equally suited for everyday cooking as for cold dishes, salads, and dressings.
